Dumpy Bottles

One of the finest Bowmore Single Malts ever produced were bottled at 12 Years Old (or more) in brown
dumpy bottles in the 1960's and early 1970's. The 8 Years Old version is rare and very hard to find.

The earliest known bottling of Bowmore was bottled in approx.1890 by Mutter's.

			Each one of Bowmore's six, massive Oregon pine washbacks is named after a previous owner of the Distillery. Mr Mutter's legacy lives on as we still produce whisky using water from the River Laggan, the source he discovered.
