Solely being used at the Saratoga Wyoming Open tournament, these special sets are on the WANTED list of many pool billiard ball collectors. It's a different kind of (pool) ball game hence the rules being different! The only game where the #13-ball is all black (and being used as the #8-ball in the regular pool ball game) and the #14- and #15-balls are not used at all. There is also an other Saratoga game with only ball numbers 1 to 7.
